Ward Green (FL)

Ward Green taught in the Duval County, Florida School System for 34 years, with the last 28 at Terry Parker High School in Jacksonville, FL.

He is a Life Member of the Florida Bandmasters Association and a “Legacy” member of the FBA.  He also adjudicates and clinics Middle and High School Bands throughout the State.

He is currently retired and resides in The Villages, Florida with his wife Dianne. Ward is very active in the community by serving as the Director of “The Villages New Horizons Concert Band”, “The Villages Sunshine Strollers”, as well as the Founder and Director of “The Villages Clarinet Connexion”, (Clarinet Ensemble), and “The Villages Saxsations” (Saxophone Ensemble). He also plays Clarinet in “The Villages Concert Band”.

In his spare time, he golfs, rides his motorcycle, scooter, and golf cart.  Ward travels around the country and abroad with his wife.  He is lovin’ the lifestyle in The Villages.
