ROSWELL NEW HORIZONS BAND
CONCERT & JAZZ BAND CAMP
APRIL 7 – 12, 2013

The Roswell New Horizons Band announces its next widely acclaimed Concert & Jazz Band Camp to be held April 7-12, 2013 at the beautiful Brasstown Valley Resort, nestled in the North Georgia Mountains. The Resort is a wonderful mountain getaway for all sorts of meetings, conferences and social events. Just two short hours from Atlanta & Chattanooga, it is easy to get to and will be a great location for our next edition of the RNBH Band Camp.

For the musicians there are wonderful performance, rehearsal and breakout rooms. For spouses and significant others, if they want to enjoy them, there are stables and horseback trail-riding, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a 7,500-square-foot spa.

Special room rates for attendees have been negotiated with The Resort and full information and instructions for making reservations will be released soon. Food service includes exceptional dining in The Resort’s dining room which has picturesque mountain views to complement its outstanding food and service. Several different meal plans will be offered.

Holiday Party 2011

The band had its annual Holiday Party on December 13, 2011 at Altobeli’s Restaurant & Piano Bar, Market at Haynes Bridge, 3000 Old Alabama Road, Alpharetta / Johns Creek, GA 30022. The party started with cocktails at 5PM with dinner following at 6PM. Based on these pictures, we’d say the attendees had a good time. Clare’s Going Away Party

Our ONLY member from Great Britain (and indeed, our only female saxophone player) had to leave us to return to England with her husband. We will greatly miss her and wish her well. To celebrate the good times we had with Clare, Sandy organized this little going away party.
